Open Position: Lead Case Manager

The Opportunity: This position will be part of the Housing Team within the Program Team. This position is created as a result of a collaborative project between Pathways of Hope, City Net (non-profit organization) and the County. The aim is to help community members currently staying in Project Room Key motels and experiencing homelessness to move into permanent housing. This is a 6-month temporary position ending December 31, 2020; with a potential to extend if the County extends the contract. This position works exclusively on our Rapid Re-Housing programming and requires a flexible work schedule including some weekend, morning, and evening shifts, as well as reliable transportation to attend visit program sites, client units and community appointments. This position is stationed 80% on-site at one of our Fullerton offices and 20% off-site visiting clients at their homes.

Open Position: Housing Resource Specialist (Full-time)

The Housing Resource Specialist is responsible for identifying permanent housing for clients. The Housing Resource Specialist is an integral member of the Program Team and will assist the with building the portfolio of rental housing available to homeless community members we serve. This position is created as a result of a collaborative project between Pathways of Hope, City Net (non-profit organization) and the County. The aim is to help community members currently staying in Project Room Key motels and experiencing homelessness to move into permanent housing. The position is a 6-months temporary position based upon a contract with the County, ending December 31, 2020; with a potential for extension if the County extends the contract. This position works exclusively on our Rapid Re-Housing programming and requires a flexible work schedule including some weekend, morning, and evening shifts, as well as reliable transportation to attend visit program sites, client units and community appointments. This position is stationed 40% on-site at one of our Fullerton offices and 60% off-site searching housing leads, meeting landlords and increasing housing unit portfolio.
