Open Positions:

Job Title: Service Navigator
Reports to: Community Programs Manager
Position is: Non-Exempt, Hourly, Full Time, 40 hours a week

This position will be part of the Pathways of Hope Food and Resources Program in collaboration with the North Orange County Community College District (NOCCCD). This position will work exclusively at one of our satellite Food and Resources sites which will be located at one of two NOCCCD campuses (Cypress Community College or North Orange County Continuing Education in Anaheim). It requires a flexible work schedule, including morning and evening shifts, and some weekends if needed. The position also requires reliable transportation to attend community appointments. This position is stationed 80% onsite at one of the colleges and 20% at our main HUB of Hope food distribution/resource center and business office.

Job Title: Case Manager
Reports to: Case Manager Supervisor
Position is: Non-Exempt, Hourly, Full Time, 40 hours a week; Temporary Position through June 2023

This position works exclusively on our Anaheim Housing Authority Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV)
programming and requires a flexible work schedule including some weekend, morning and evening shifts, as
well as reliable transportation to attend community appointments and participant home visits. This position is
stationed 65% in office and 35% off-site visiting participants at their homes and meeting with landlords and
property managers.

This position works exclusively on our Family Solutions Collaborative (FSC) Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV)
programming and requires a flexible work schedule including some weekend, morning and evening shifts, as
well as reliable transportation to attend community appointments and participant home visits. This position is
stationed 65% in office and 35% off-site visiting participants at their homes and meeting with landlords and
property managers.
