509People (including 326 children) escaped homelessness at our shelters.
Permanent Housing
152People (including 93 children) found permanent housing through our Rapid Re-housing programs.
22People found permanent housing through our Permanent Supportive Housing programs.
Prevention and Diversion
207People (including 75 children) were prevented from becoming homeless through our Prevention program.
68People (including 28 children) were diverted from becoming homeless.
Hunger

HUB of Hope Services
5,621People (including 3,376 children) people facing food insecurity received nutritious meals at the HUB of Hope.
100,000Total meals have been given out to members of our community facing food insecurity.
16,611Total services (including but not limited to food services, life skills classes, hygiene kits, diapers, transportation assistance, clothing vouchers, California photo ID referral services and community resources and referrals) have been provided to struggling members of our community.
