Pastor Nate Allen was born in Arcadia, CA to a pastor and an attorney for parents, where he got Law and Gospel from a young age. He was confirmed at Salem Lutheran Church in Glendale, CA where he rapped for the first time in church, starting a continuing tradition of combining hip hop into worship. He felt his calling to ministry through tragic accidents and difficult times where God’s grace was powerful in his life, and now wants to share that message of love with others in need.

Pastor Nate graduated from Monrovia High School in 2004. He completed his B.A. in Communications from Trinity Lutheran College in Seattle (2010) along with a year studying Spanish at La Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara. He finished a M.Div. degree through Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary (PLTS) in 2014. He currently serves as Pastor of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Fullerton.

In 2009, he was married to the love of his life Dámaris, they have two daughters who keep him humble. They recently welcomed their third child, a baby boy, in 2020. Besides his ministry as a pastor, Nate likes to spend time with family, playing, reading, watching movies, traveling, and if possible go dancing! He likes to exercise regularly and eat as healthy as possible.

He is also a rapper making Christian music for church and other gatherings! You can find over 20 singles online on any music platform as Pastor Nate.

In February 2023 Nate released his first ever album Un Nuevo Sol under the artist name KaTaBi.
